Disney just looked at your entire childhood and said we are not done with it yet. Disney's new CEO Josh D'Amaro made it official at the shareholders meeting. Lilo and Stitch 2 is coming May 26th 2028, Memorial Day weekend, and Incredibles 3 hits theaters exactly three weeks later on June 16th 2028. The live action Lilo and Stitch made over a billion dollars last year and broke the Memorial Day weekend opening record with 182 million dollars over four days. A sequel was always coming. Now we have a date. For Incredibles 3, Peter Sohn takes over as director, marking the first entry in the franchise without Brad Bird at the helm, though Bird stays on as screenwriter and producer. Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter and Samuel L. Jackson are all returning to voice the Parr family. And for Lilo and Stitch 2, Chris Sanders who co-wrote and directed the original 2002 animated film is back to write the sequel and will again voice Stitch himself. That is 10 years since Incredibles 2 and 14 years since the original film. The wait has been long. But 2028 is looking like one of the biggest years Disney has ever put together. Ohana means family. Perhaps his most memorable cameo came in the Christmas classic ‘Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.’ In the movie, Kevin McCallister, played by Macaulay Culkin, finds himself inside New York's Plaza Hotel, which Trump owned at the time. After getting lost, Kevin asks Trump for directions to the lobby, leading to one of the movie's most iconic scenes. Trump also made a brief appearance in the hit HBO series ‘Sex and the City.’ In a season two episode, he plays himself having drinks with a business associate. After Trump leaves, his friend uses their connection to strike up a conversation with Samantha, played by Kim Cattrall.
